针对现代工业化的发展需求,对电参数与熔池图像信息采集和监测技术进行完善。研制满足焊接工况的焊接电位机组态软参数和熔池图像实时采集硬件系统。该系统包括:获取焊接过程焊接电参数灵敏度高、精确可靠的霍尔传感器;能够采集焊机焊接电参数的数据采集卡;获取清晰熔池图像的近红外复合滤光、减光视觉传感系统。系统解决了焊接过程中存在的数据采集信息量过大、实时性保证难和数据在采集过程中易丢失等问题。
In response to the needs of the development of modern industrialization, the technologies of collecting and monitoring electrical parameters and molten pool image information are improved. Development of welding conditions to meet the welding machine configuration soft parameters and molten pool image real-time acquisition hardware system. The system includes: a Hall sensor for obtaining high-precision and reliable welding parameters of the welding process; a data acquisition card capable of collecting welding parameters of the welding machine; a near infrared composite filter for obtaining a clear weld pool image; a dimming visual sensing system .
