The second preparatory meeting (ITU-R) of the ITU World Radiocommunication Conference 2003 (WRC-2003) was held in Geneva, Switzerland, from 18 to 29 November 2002. This meeting focused on the CPM report as well as the latest proposals from national authorities and regional telecommunication organizations, a preview of the WRC-2003 conference. More than 1,000 delegates from over 80 countries attended the meeting. In addition to national telecommunication administrations, regional telecommunication organizations (APTs, CEPTs, CITELs), international and regional broadcasting organizations, ICAO, international operations radio organizations and other international and regional organizations and related companies are also represented
