六神丸具有清热、解毒、消炎、退肿等功效,蟾酥为六神丸的主药之一,其有效成分为一些骨架相同的甾体化合物,总称蟾毒内酯。含蟾酥成药制剂中蟾毒内酯化合物的分析方法有紫外分光光度法、薄层扫描法、气相色谱法等,高效液相色谱法分析蟾酥单味药中蟾毒内酯化合物已有研究,但在含蟾酥成药制剂中尚未见报道。本文建立了六神丸中蟾毒内酯化合物的RP-HPLC分析方法。
Liushen Pill has the effects of heat-clearing, detoxification, anti-inflammatory, and swollen-stomach. It is one of the main drugs of Liushen Pill. Its active ingredient is some steroidal compounds with the same skeleton, and is generally called serotonolactone. Analytical methods for the determination of santolactone compounds in Chinese wolfberry crisp medicine preparations include ultraviolet spectrophotometry, thin layer scanning, gas chromatography, etc. High performance liquid chromatography has been used for the analysis of scorpionolactone compounds in wolfberry crispy single herbs. There has been no report on the preparation of Chinese wolfberry and crisp medicines. In this paper, a RP-HPLC method for the determination of muscarinic compounds in Liushen Pills was established.
