目的探讨肠道准备对改善兔双肾积水体素内不相干运动的扩散加权成像(IVIM)的磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)图像磁敏感伪影的价值。方法将30只已行左侧输尿管不全梗阻积水肾模型制作的新西兰大白兔随机分成5组、分别于MR扫描前1 d给与A组(正常饲料喂养+普通饮用水)、B组(禁食+普通饮用水)、C组(禁食+2.5%甘露醇盐水)、D组(禁食+1:4硫酸钡水)、E组(禁食+1:2硫酸钡水)等5种不同肠道准备,评价双肾IVIM的DWI图像质量及磁敏感伪影状况。结果 A组和B组双肾IVIM的DWI图像磁伪影发生率高,严重影响图像质量,图像质量平均评分为(2.2±0.4);C组、D组和E组双肾MR DWI图像磁伪影得到明显改善,C组、D组、E组与A组相比,双肾MR DWI图像质量平均评分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论利用等渗甘露醇盐水或硫酸钡混悬剂进行肠道准备可有效改善大白兔双肾IVIM的DWI图像磁敏感伪影。
Objective To investigate the value of intestinal preparation for magnetic susceptibility artifacts in diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) images of diffusion-weighted imaging (IVIM) that improves the irrelevant motion of the integrin in the hydronephrosis of the rabbit’s kidney. Methods Thirty newly born New Zealand white rabbits with left ureteric obstructive hydronephrosis model were randomly divided into five groups, which were given group A (normal feeding group + normal drinking water group) and group B (Group C + fasting + 2.5% mannitol), group D (fasting + 1: 4 barium sulfate) and group E (fasting + 1: 2 barium sulphate) Different intestine preparation, evaluation of double renal IVIM DWI image quality and magnetic susceptibility artifacts. Results The incidence of magnetic artifact in DWI images of IVIM in group A and group B was high, which seriously affected the image quality. The average score of image quality was (2.2 ± 0.4). The magnetic resonance images of MR images in groups C, D and E The scores of MR DWI in both groups were significantly lower than those in group C (P <0.05). Conclusion Enteral osmotic preparation using isotonic mannitol or barium sulfate suspensions can effectively improve the DWI magnetic susceptibility artifacts of IVIM in rabbits.
