用光镜对过热淬火及再次正常淬火后在金相试样表面出现的反光平面进行了研究.结果表明,这种现象是由于非平衡组织在中速加热时形成了晶内织构,即在原粗大马氏体板条束内形成的细小奥氏体晶粒最多有六个空间取向.文中对织构的形成进行了分析.
The light reflecting surface appeared on the surface of the metallographic specimen after overheat quenching and normalizing quenching again with a light microscope.The results show that this phenomenon is due to the intragranular texture formed when the unbalanced structure is heated at medium speed, The fine austenite grains formed in the coarse martensite laths have up to six spatial orientations. The formation of the texture is analyzed.
