一、前言共振筛是一种在近共振状态下工作的筛子,它在国内外许多工业部门中得到了极其广泛的应用,其优点是生产能力大,筛分效率高,振幅稳定好,传动功耗低,隔振性能佳。随着应用的日益广泛和各种结构型式共振筛发展的需要,对共振筛的理论分析、设计计算和筛分实践提出了越来越迫切的要求。本文对线性共振筛的振动理论与筛子机械参数的合理选择作了进一步的分析,并以此为准讨论了改善筛子工作性能的若干措施。
I. INTRODUCTION Resonance sieve is a kind of sieve that works in the near resonance state. It has been widely used in many industrial sectors both at home and abroad. Its advantages are large production capacity, high screening efficiency, stable amplitude, Low consumption, good vibration isolation performance. With the increasingly wide application and the need for the development of resonant sieves of various structural types, more and more urgent requirements are put forward on theoretical analysis, design calculation and screening practice of resonant sieves. In this paper, the vibration theory of linear resonant sieve and the reasonable choice of mechanical parameters of the sieve are further analyzed. Based on this, some measures to improve the sieve performance are discussed.
