[目的]观察氧化还原电位消毒剂、二氧化氯、三氯异氰脲酸、次氯酸钙、苯扎溴铵等消毒剂的最小杀菌浓度。[方法]采用悬液定性杀菌试验的方法。[结果]氧化还原电位消毒剂、次氯酸钙、三氯异氰脲酸、二氧化氯、苯扎溴铵作用30min对大肠杆菌的最小杀菌浓度分别为3.00mg/L、5.40mg/L、4.81mg/L、2.32mg/L、172.30mg/L;对粪肠球菌、霍乱弧菌的最小杀菌浓度与大肠杆菌的最小杀菌浓度相似;氧化还原电位消毒剂、二氧化氯对海水中自然菌的最小杀灭浓度分别为0.28 mg/L和1.98 mg/L。[结论]根据最小杀菌浓度,可以指导消毒的实际应用,并可以根据市场价格进行消毒成本的比较。

[Result] The minimal bactericidal concentrations of redox potential disinfectant, calcium hypochlorite, trichloroisocyanuric acid, chlorine dioxide and benzalkonium bromide for E. coli for 30 min were 3.00 mg / L, 5.40 mg / L, 4.81mg / L, 2.32mg / L, 172.30mg / L; for Enterococcus faecalis, Vibrio cholerae minimum bactericidal concentration and Escherichia coli minimum bactericidal concentration similar; redox potential disinfectant, chlorine dioxide of natural bacteria in seawater The minimum kill concentrations were 0.28 mg / L and 1.98 mg / L, respectively. [Conclusion] According to the minimum bactericidal concentration, the practical application of disinfection can be guided, and the cost of disinfection can be compared according to the market price.
