为全面贯彻落实党的十六大精神,进一步改善经济增长的质量和效益,总结推广轻工企业质量管理先进经验,引导企业学习实践卓越绩效模式,追求卓越质量经营,适应经济全球化的国际竞争环境,中国轻工业联合会参照《全国质量效益型先进企业推荐表彰办法》的有关规定,决定继续开展2004年度全国轻工业质量效益型先进企业推荐表彰工作。
