文物是人类在历史发展过程中遗留下来的遗物、遗迹。各类文物从不同的侧面反映了各个历史时期人类的社会活动、社会关系、意识形态以及利用自然、改造自然和当时生态环境的状况,是人类宝贵的历史文化遗产。文物的保护管理和科学研究,对于人们认识自己的历史和创造力量,揭示人类社会发展的客观规律,认识并促进当代和未来社会的发展,具有重要的意义。本文拟从埃及文物流失和追索的现状着手,阐述埃及政府在文物保护方面做出的重大努力,埃及的宝贵经验值得世界上文物流失严重的各个国家借鉴,尤其是同样作为四大文明古国之一的中国借鉴。
Cultural relics are the remains and relics left over from the historical development of mankind. From different aspects, all kinds of cultural relics reflect the social activities, social relations, ideology and the utilization of nature, the transformation of nature and the ecological environment in different historical periods. It is a precious historical and cultural heritage of mankind. The protection, management and scientific research of cultural relics are of great significance for people to understand their own history and creativity, to reveal objective laws governing the development of human society and to recognize and promote the development of contemporary and future society. This article intends to proceed from the current situation of the loss and recourse of Egyptian cultural relics, and elaborates on the great efforts made by the Egyptian government in the protection of cultural relics. The valuable experience of Egypt deserves to be borrowed from various countries with serious loss of cultural relics in the world. In particular, One of China’s reference.
