当今社会的主旋律是和谐。说到和谐,人们眼前不禁会浮现出一幅美妙的图景:万物竞长、生机勃发,自然之美与人性之美有机融合,随斗转星移而更显“天人合一”之妙作。毫无疑问,和谐是一切事物的最佳生存状态,然而世间万物都不会也不能孤立存在,这也就决定了实现和谐其过程中的“系统性”与“持久性”。创建学校之和谐又何尝不是如此呢?笔者从担任学校校长以来,对创建和谐校园积极思考并致力探索,感触颇深。
The main theme of today's society is harmony. When it comes to harmony, people can not help but emerge a wonderful scene: all things long, vitality, beauty of nature and the beauty of human nature organic integration, with the twinkling of an armor and even more “Heaven and Man” wonderful. There is no doubt that harmony is the best living condition of all things. However, all things in the world can not and can not exist in isolation, which determines the “system” and “permanence” of the process of achieving harmony.
