我院近期应用显微外科技术对血管源性阳萎施行腹壁下动脉——阴茎海绵体吻合术,获得满意疗效。兹报告与讨论如下: 患者男性,53岁,已婚。二十五年前(1959年)结婚四个月,因阴茎勃起障碍不能进行性交而离婚。入院前三个月(1984年9月)第二次结婚,亦因阴茎勃起不坚、时间短暂而无法性交,夫妻关系已处于离婚边缘。平时自感阴茎龟头发凉发麻,夜间初醒时偶有阴茎勃起,但松软不坚,不粗,持续时间仅20—30秒钟,无梦遗。无手淫习惯、无烟酒嗜好,既往身体健康,排尿正常,无糖尿病等慢性疾患。无手术、外伤、精神创伤
