本文用同步记录心电图、心音图、颈动脉搏动图、阻抗心动图的方法,测定了冠心病68例的16项左心功能的有关指标,并设正常人对照组作比较。结果表明患者的左心功能均比对照组明显减退。患者经“吐纳导引”功治疗一年前后的各指标表明,冠心病组有7至9项指标有明显改善。这与临床疗效观察的结果基本一致,主要能使患者的血压下降、心排量增加、动脉弹性改善、外周阻力下降以及心肌氧耗量减少.
In this paper, the simultaneous recording of ECG, phonocardiogram, carotid artery pulsation diagram, impedance cardiogram method to determine coronary heart disease in 68 cases of 16 left ventricular function related indicators, and set the control group for comparison. The results showed that patients with left ventricular function were significantly lower than the control group. The patients’ “breath-taking” treatment a year before and after the indicators showed that coronary heart disease group has 7 to 9 indicators improved significantly. This is consistent with the clinical observation of the results, mainly to patients with decreased blood pressure, cardiac output increased, improved arterial elasticity, decreased peripheral resistance and myocardial oxygen consumption decreased.
