目的:分析胎头吸引器在剖宫产术中的应用情况。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年12月间在某医院应用胎头吸引器的62例助产案例。结果:62例产妇顺利助产,对产后母婴进行观察,仅1例婴儿在剖宫过程中由于操作时间延长出现轻微窒息,经治疗后恢复良好,其余婴儿均健康,母婴无并发症出现,产妇子宫均完好。结论:胎头吸引器应用于剖宫产术安全可行,应对胎头娩出困难效果较好。
Objective: To analyze the application of fetal head suction in cesarean section. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 62 cases of midwifery with fetal head suction in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 was performed. Results: 62 maternal successful midwifery, postpartum mothers and infants were observed, only 1 case of infants during cesarean section as a result of prolonged operating time showed a slight asphyxia, recovered well after treatment, the rest of the infants were healthy, maternal and child without complications , Maternal uterus are intact. Conclusion: The fetal head suction device is safe and feasible for cesarean section, and it is better to deal with the difficult delivery of fetal head.
