目的探讨全自动注药泵在胃肠肿瘤持续化疗中的应用效果。方法选择2013年3月至2014年3月收治的胃肠肿瘤患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,两组均接受氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)持续化疗,其中对照组42例采用球囊化疗泵进行药物输注,观察组42例采用全自动注药泵进行药物输注,比较两组患者的输注情况以及输注对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组的配药时间和给药时间分别为(9.0±1.1)min和(44.0±0.5)h,对照组的配药时间和给药时间分别为(15.4±2.7)min和(43.9±0.9)h,观察组的配药时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的故障发生次数为(2.3±0.5)次,对照组故障发生次数为(5.9±1.2)次,观察组的故障发生次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗前生活质量评分分别为(28.9±2.7)分和(29.1±2.6)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后生活质量评分分别为(40.6±3.8)分和(36.5±3.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全自动注药泵在胃肠肿瘤持续化疗中的应用效果满意,能够缩短配药时间,减少故障发生次数,并且能够显著改善患者的生活质量,值得临床关注。
Objective To investigate the application of automatic injection pump in the continuous chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods Eighty-four patients with gastrointestinal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Both groups received continuous chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, in which the control group 42 Example, the use of balloon chemotherapy pump for drug delivery, the observation group of 42 patients with automatic infusion pump for drug infusion, the two groups of patients compared infusion and infusion on the quality of life of patients. Results The time of administration and the administration time in the observation group were (9.0 ± 1.1) min and (44.0 ± 0.5) h, respectively, and the control group was (15.4 ± 2.7) min and (43.9 ± 0.9) h , The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The number of failures in the observation group was (2.3 ± 0.5) times and that in the control group (5.9 ± 1.2) times, and the number of failures in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life before treatment in the observation group and the control group were (28.9 ± 2.7) and (29.1 ± 2.6) points respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were (40.6 ± 3.8) and (36.5 ± 3.2) points respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of automatic pump in the continuous chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumors is satisfactory, which can shorten the dispensing time and reduce the number of failures, and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, deserving clinical attention.
