研究了高速凝胶渗透色谱法测定低分子量3000—6000聚异丁烯分子量分布所适宜的色谱条件。用三根串联的μ-Styragel(10~3A-500A-100A)柱(7.8×300mm×3),四氢呋喃作流动相,示差折光捡测器检测,以渐近法校正。用M-730微处理机计算和打印分子量分布的结果,分析一个样品的时间由原来的2小时缩短为30分钟左右。并对方法的准确度和柱加宽现象进行了讨论。
The suitable chromatographic conditions for the determination of molecular weight distribution of low molecular weight 3000-6000 polyisobutylene by high performance gel permeation chromatography were studied. Three serially connected μ-Styragel columns (7.8 × 300 mm × 3) and tetrahydrofuran were used as the mobile phase, and the differential refractive index detector was used for detection. The asymptotic correction was used. Using the M-730 microprocessor to calculate and print the molecular weight distribution results, the time to analyze a sample was reduced from 2 hours to about 30 minutes. The method accuracy and column broadening are discussed.
