成本费用的管理是企业实现有效发展的重要手段,因为经济效益一直是企业运营的关键目标。作为企业第二经济效益来源的成本费用,在新时期背景下行业市场的变化是巨大的。所以,绝不能以原有成本费用管理模式去进行。笔者将阐述新时期背景下企业在进行成本费用管理的过程中存在的问题,并提出了新的管理办法。旨在为我国新时期背景下的企业发展方式提供新的路径。
The management of costs and expenses is an important means for an enterprise to achieve effective development because economic benefits have always been the key objective of an enterprise’s operation. As the cost of the second source of economic benefits for enterprises, the changes in the industrial market in the new era are enormous. Therefore, we must not proceed with the original cost management model. The author will explain the problems existing in the process of cost and expense management in the new era and put forward new management methods. Aiming to provide a new path for the development of enterprises in the new era of our country.
