目的探析氟西汀及疏肝消痹方联合方案对于乳腺癌合并抑郁(BCID)的临床治疗效果。方法选择2014年5月~2015年5月我院收治的BCID患者84例,所选患者均接受乳腺切除术及术后化疗(CMF化疗方案)。采用随机数表法将其分成联合组和对照组,联合组(42例)服用疏肝消痹方+氟西汀、对照组(42例)只予以服用氟西汀。对比给药前后两组患者的抑郁症状改善情况、乳腺癌实验室指标以及综合疗效。结果 (1)给药前,两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁评分(HAMD)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),给药后联合组的HAMD总评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)给药前,两组患者血清中的CA15-3、CEA、CA125水平差异无统计意义(P<0.05),给药后,联合组的CA15-3、CEA、CA125水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)在综合疗效上,联合组的显效率、总好转率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀联合中医疏肝消痹方不仅能够改善患者的抑郁症状,还能对乳腺癌起到辅助治疗效果,该方案治疗BCID的综合疗效良好、值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fluoxetine and Shugan Xiaobi recipe on breast cancer with depression (BCID). Methods Eighty-four patients with BCID were selected from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital. All patients were selected for mastectomy and postoperative chemotherapy (CMF chemotherapy). The patients in the combined group (42 cases) took Shugan Xiaobi decoction + fluoxetine and the control group (42 cases) took fluoxetine only. Before and after treatment compared to the two groups of patients with symptoms of depression, breast cancer laboratory indicators and the overall effect. Results (1) There was no significant difference in Hamilton Depression Rating (HAMD) between the two groups before administration (P> 0.05). The total score of HAMD in the combined group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) 2) There was no significant difference in serum levels of CA15-3, CEA and CA125 between the two groups before administration (P <0.05). After administration, the levels of CA15-3, CEA and CA125 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control (P <0.05). (3) In the combined effect, the effective rate and total improvement rate of the combined group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Combination of fluoxetine and traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Xiaobi can not only improve the depressive symptoms of patients, but also play an adjuvant therapeutic effect on breast cancer. The integrated treatment of BCID with this regimen is good and worthy of promotion and application.
