在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业档案工作如何适应激烈竞争的市场经济发展需要,在企业经济转型中求生存、图发展?当阳卷烟厂走出了一条档案人员为档案工作争位子、厂领导给档案工作定位子、档案工作为企业经济效益升位子的三位一体的良性循环发展之路。 档案人员积极争位 档案工作有没有位子,对档案事业发展至关重要。档案工作的位子,不能靠要,也不能等上级解决,而应靠自己去争取,靠实际工作去赢得。基于这种认识,当阳卷烟厂档案工作者不等不靠,开拓进取,奋发向上,从四个方面付诸了艰辛的努力,赢得了厂领导和全厂职工的赞扬。
