采用一阶导数光谱法测定阿维菌素粉的含量 ,以 2 5 7 3nm为测定波长 ,在 2～ 8μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,△λ =2nm ,r=0 9981 ,平均回收率为 99 3% ,RSD为 0 7% (n =5 )。
The concentration of abamectin powder was determined by first order derivative spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 2 5 7 3 nm with a good linearity in the concentration range of 2 ~ 8 μg / ml, λ λ = 2 nm, r = 0 9981, the average recovery 99 3% with RSD of 0 7% (n = 5).
