一氧化氮具有强大的细胞保护作用,有抗炎、抗局部缺血和抗血栓形成作用,能对抗多种致病因素。白细胞、内皮细胞、肥大细胞和神经末梢均可合成一氧化氮。为研究唾液对其合成过程的影响,检查健康人20例,慢性卡他性龈炎19例,慢性广泛性牙周炎40例。先用蒸馏水漱口,然后收集混合唾液。取静脉血分离出中性粒细胞,配成悬液每ml含细胞数10~6,用V. Mollace法使细胞活化为评定活化的中性粒细胞合成一氧化氮水平,用反应测定细胞悬液的一氧化氮降解产物——亚硝酸盐含量(nmol/ml)。对照检查在细胞悬
Nitric oxide has a strong cytoprotective effect, anti-inflammatory, anti-ischemic and anti-thrombotic effect, can fight a variety of risk factors.
