随着农业技术的推广和市场供应的丰富,特菜已摆上了普通百姓的餐桌。上世纪80年代,小汤山特菜基地是为满足外国友人来访之需建立的,后来主要向一些高档宾馆、饭店供菜。初期陆续从荷兰、日本、以色列等国家引进球茎茴香、彩椒、四棱豆等160多个特菜新品种,现在这些蔬菜并逐渐走上千家万户百姓的餐桌。
With the promotion of agricultural technology and market supply, special dishes have been put on the table of ordinary people. In the 1980s, Xiaotangshan special cuisine base was established to meet the needs of foreign visitors. Later, it mainly served for some high-end hotels and restaurants. From the Netherlands, Japan, Israel and other countries, it gradually introduced more than 160 new special varieties of coriander such as fennel, sweet pepper and winged bean. Nowadays, these vegetables have gradually taken to the dining table of tens of thousands of households.
