三北防护林体系建设五期工程是京津冀地区主体林业生态工程,是河北实现京津冀协同发展生态突破的重要载体。今年以来,河北省认真贯彻国家深化三北防护林体系建设改革意见,采取有力措施,拓展工程造林空间,提高质量效益,进一步加快三北五期工程建设,全力构建京津冀绿色生态屏障。截至目前,全省三北工程区春季已完成人工造林40.26万亩,封山育林15万亩。
The Three-North Shelterbelt Construction Phase 5 project is the main forestry ecological project in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and an important carrier for Hebei to achieve the coordinated development of ecological breakthrough in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Since the beginning of this year, Hebei Province has conscientiously implemented the suggestions of the state on deepening the reform of the “Three North” Shelterbelt System and adopted effective measures to expand its afforestation space and improve its quality and efficiency so as to speed up the construction of the Three North and the Fifth Phase of the Project and to build a green ecological barrier of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Up to now, the spring project of the Three North Project in the province has completed 40.26 million mu of afforestation and 15 million mu of afforestation.
