我科自1991年1月～1997年5月用Olympus ENF T_3型鼻咽纤维喉镜成功地作了266例声带息肉.声带小结摘除术,取得了良好效果.1 资料与方法1,1 临床资料 经本科临床确诊的声带息肉及小结患者266例,男159例,女107例;年龄9～69岁;其中90%为20～49岁者;声带息肉196例,小结70例(双侧声带病变者26例),病程1月～8年,1.2 操作方法 用1%的卡因作咽喉部常规表面麻醉后,让患者取坐位,前胸稍前倾,头略后仰15°.经口导入纤维喉镜达喉部.自镜孔插入手术钳,其前端超出镜面0.5～0.7 cm,移动镜体使钳子接触声带病变处,直视下摘除息肉或小结,广基声带息肉可分次钳取,2 结果 一次性完整摘除息肉或小结者260冽,6例声带双侧有病变者分2次完成手术,术后对198例患者随访6月～3年,发声恢复正常186例,明显好转8例,
