临泽至清水高速公路是国家“五纵七横”主骨架连云港至霍尔斯公路甘肃省境内的重要组成路段.路线全长99.7公里,项目概算总投资18.4亿元,建设总工期为3年.计划于2005年7月建成通车,临清项目自2002年11月开工建设以来,负责该工程管理的临清项目办始终坚持一手抓工程建设,一手抓廉政建设的工作方针,以争创“阳光工程”为目标,以健全的制度管理人,以有效的监督约束人,坚持标本兼治、综合治理。积极预防和遏制工程腐败现象的发生,确保了工程建设的顺利进行,他们在廉政建设方面所做的工作,归纳起来.体现在“四个注重”:
