ASON在全球数据业务的爆炸式增长要求光传送网络提供更灵活的网络指配和高效快速的网络保护恢复能力的情况下应运而生。自动交换光网络(ASON)是下一代网络(NGN)的核心传送技术。在实现光传送网自动交换的过程中,路由技术是ASON的核心技术之一,也是ASON标准化工作的重点和难点。
ASON came into being as the explosive growth of global data services required optical transport networks to provide more flexible network assignments and efficient and rapid recovery of network protection. Automatic Switched Optical Network (ASON) is the core transport technology of next generation network (NGN). In the process of realizing the automatic exchange of optical transport network, routing technology is one of the core technologies of ASON and also the key and difficult point of ASON standardization work.
