劳模精神、工匠精神是我们国家和民族宝贵的精神财富。培育和弘扬工匠精神,将进一步激发员工的责任感、使命感和工作热情,推动企业健康稳健发展。大力弘扬劳模精神,充分发挥劳模作用,既是保持和发扬工人阶级先进性的必然要求,也是促进企业发展与进步的迫切需要。面对当前石油行业在低油价下的改革发展关键期,我们的石油企业更需要弘扬和强化劳模精神、工匠精神,为创新发展注入时代动力。 The model worker spirit and the craftsman spirit are precious spiritual wealth of our country and nation. Cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of artisans will further stimulate the sense of responsibility, mission and enthusiasm of employees and promote the healthy and steady development of the enterprises. To vigorously carry forward the spirit of model workers and give full play to the role of model workers is not only an inevitable requirement for maintaining and promoting the advanced nature of the working class but also an urgent need for promoting the development and progress of enterprises. Faced with the current critical period of reform and development of the petroleum industry under low oil prices, our petroleum enterprises need to carry forward and strengthen the spirit of model workers and craftsmen and inject new impetus into the development of the economy for innovation and development.
