1988年5月的一天,新当选的六届河北省政协主席李文珊在接受媒体采访时,第一次向外界公开宣布,省政协将要创办一份属于自己的刊物。3个月后,《燕赵乡音》杂志终于在众人的期盼中诞生了。它是河北省政协历史上第一份公开出版发行的刊物,也是我省第一份公开出版发行的外宣刊物。20年来,从《燕赵乡音》到《乡音》,从外宣刊物到省政协机关刊物,从季刊到双月刊再到月刊,《乡音》杂志历经创业的艰辛,生存的挑战,发展的机遇和成功的喜悦,一步步走进读者的视野,一点点扎根在读者心里,已成为河北省政协的一扇窗口,一张名片。
One day in May 1988, Li Wen-shan, the newly elected chairman of the CPPCC of Hebei Province, publicly announced to the outside world for the first time in an interview with the media that the CPPCC Provincial Committee should set up a magazine of his own. Three months later, “Yanzhao accent” magazine was finally born in the hope of everyone. It is the first public issue and publication in the history of the Hebei Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference, and the first publicity publication in our province for public publication. In the past 20 years, from “Yanzhao Xiang” to “Xiang Yin”, from outreach publications to provincial CPPCC organ publications, from quarterly bimonthly to monthly, “Xiang Yin” magazine has experienced hardships, challenges for survival, opportunities for development and success Joy, step by step into the reader’s vision, a little bit rooted in the reader’s mind, has become a window of the CPPCC Hebei Province, a business card.
