对４４５例（８５５只眼）进行只矫正近视而未同时作散光矫正的准分子激光角膜切削术，术后观察３～１２个月。结果表明，无论观察３个月、６个月、１２个月术后散光增加病例明显少于散光减少的病例。同时与ＲＫ术后散光变化情况比较，有极显著性差异，明显优于术后有散光增加趋势的ＲＫ术。散光的改变与手术中眼球转动、停机、激光切削中心与光学中心偏离、激光能量不稳定等有关
445 eyes (855 eyes) underwent excimer laser corneal keratomileusis, which were corrected for myopia but not astigmatism at the same time. The postoperative observation ranged from 3 to 12 months. The results showed that the number of cases of astigmatism increase was significantly less than that of astigmatism no matter observed at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. At the same time with RK astigmatism changes after the situation, there is a very significant difference, significantly better than the trend of postoperative astigmatism RK surgery. Changes in astigmatism and surgery in the eye rotation, downtime, laser cutting center and optical center deviation, laser energy instability, etc.
