In order to understand the situation of Lyme disease in Northeast China, we collected healthy human sera from Tangwanghe Forestry Bureau of Yichun City of Heilongjiang Province, Fusong County of Jilin Province, Jingyu County and Lushun of Liaoning Province in 1992.
