每一个法律人心中都住着一架天平,天平是法律人的行为价值尺度,是衡量其做与不做的唯一标准。而绝大多数的法律人选择的职业是法官,当他们选择了这个无比崇高与光彩的职业时,他们身上注定会肩负起更厚重的道德义务以及更高的道德标准,而正是这种职业道德在某种程度上直接影响到了整个社会、国家的法治进程。
