β2糖蛋白Ⅰ(β2GPⅠ)系血浆中富含的一种由326个氨基酸残基组成的高度糖基化蛋白,包含5个结构域,具有优先结合带负电荷磷脂类的特性。β2糖蛋白Ⅰ参与脂代谢,是多种脂蛋白的组成成分;参与血液凝固过程,具有抗凝和促凝双重活性。近年研究表明,β2糖蛋白Ⅰ作为一种生理性蛋白在生物生殖发育中发挥着重要的作用,能够提高精子活力,清除凋亡小体,对精子的生成和颗粒细胞增殖具有调节作用,与妊娠结局密切相关。
