本刊讯:北京量具刃具厂、上海量具刃具厂、汉江机床厂等根据一机部成都工具研究所和宁江机床厂共同研究成功的齿轮单面啮合动态精度测量方法,试制成功《光栅式齿轮单面啮合动态精度检查仪》。这种方法和仪器,是我国首创。目前国外利用单面啮合或双面啮合检查的方法都只能进行齿轮的综合误差检查,而且双面啮合方法的测量过程与齿轮实际使用情况不符,因此测量的结果并不完全代表齿轮的实际精度。我国自行研制的这种仪器,不但测量过程与实际使用情况相一致,而且可以对齿轮的各个单项误差进行分析,从而可以改进齿轮的加工工艺,促进齿轮质量的不断提高。由于采用了先进技术,保证了仪器的高精度和高效率。
