医保不能再被动:不是钱投入不够,是花得没效率

今后可能会出现的几个改革,不知道我们的社会政策是否符合顾湲教授提出的“社会政策对家庭医生发展的期望与支持”的期待,支持家庭医生这个体制的发展。我只说一个很简单的道理,我们今天真的不是需要财政多掏钱才能改革,也真的不是需要老百姓多掏钱才能进行改革。以今天经济的发展水平,不管财政的收入还是个人的投入都够了,我们不是钱投入得不够,是我们花得没有效率。钱“去哪里了?显然,问题绝不在财政投入不足和医保补偿水平过低上,而在于医疗服务供给体制改革严重后滞。
