根据黄河中游水土保持会议的精神,山西省从去年八月开始进行国家水土保持专业队的筹建工作。经过一年来的积极努力,已在临县、离石、中阳、河曲、兴县、静乐、保德、乡宁、石楼、隰西、右玉、清徐等十二个县,分别建立了水土保持专业队,共招收安置工人七百一十三名,占安置任务七百五十人的百分之九十五。各水土保持专业队招收安置的工人,绝大部分是各县城镇的知识青年和闲散劳力。在一年来的实际锻炼中,他们不仅坚定了长期建设山区的决心,
