今年入汛以来,长江发生了我国历史上罕见的洪水灾害。在同这场大洪水的殊死搏斗中,长江水利委员会(以下简称长委)一万余名干部职工战斗在数千里的广阔战场,顽强奋战,斗智斗勇,成为同洪魔在最前沿激烈拼杀、反复较量的一支劲旅,为战胜这场全流域性大洪水付出了艰辛的努力,在长江防洪史上写下了辉煌的一笔。
