目的通过“2-1-1”程序接种狂犬病疫苗与原来“五针法”的对比,阐明新方法在实际工作中的优势。方法对昭通市疾病预防控制中心预防医学门诊2011年1-12月同时使用的“2-1-1”程序和“五针法”接种率进行比较、分析。结果 “2-1-1”程序的接种率(97.16%)明显高于“五针法”的接种率(87.99%)。结论 “2-1-1”接种程序安全、简便,伤者易于接受,值得大力推广和普及。
Objective To clarify the advantages of the new method in practical work by comparing the “2-1-1” program of rabies vaccination with the original “five-needle method”. Methods To compare and analyze the “2-1-1 ” program and the “five-needle” vaccination rate of preventive medicine clinic of Zhaotong CDC from January to December, 2011. Results The inoculation rate of “2-1-1” program (97.16%) was significantly higher than that of “five-needle method” (87.99%). Conclusion “2-1-1 ” vaccination program safe, simple, easy to accept the wounded, it is worth to promote and popularize.
