中铁二局职业病防治院在办院条件简陋,经费不足的艰苦条件下,坚持民主管理,实行院务公开,领导建立依靠意识,主动接受职工监督,对医院实行阳光管理,使职工在知情中理解改革,在参与中支持改革,有效地调动了全院干部职工的积极性,保证了医院各项改革方案的顺利实施,营造出和谐稳定的大局。
Under the difficult conditions of running the hospital and the shortage of funds, the Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Center of the China Railway No. 2 Bureau insisted on democratic management, implemented open administration, established a sense of dependence, actively accepted employee supervision, implemented sunshine management in hospitals, and enabled employees to understand the situation. Reforms, support for reforms during participation, effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of cadres and staff in hospitals, ensured the smooth implementation of hospital reform programs, and created a harmonious and stable overall situation.
