随着我国经济迅速发展,对人才的需求量也在逐渐增加。中职院校作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,同样担负着培养高素质人才的重任。中职院校为国家输出了一大批优秀的人才,是国家优秀人才的培养基地。但是,如今的中职教育偏向于学习职业技能,而忽视了德育教育,引发了一系列的社会问题。因此,加强中职院校的德育教育,培养学生的良好职业素质与素养,是一项迫在眉睫的事情。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the demand for qualified personnel is also gradually increasing. Vocational colleges, as an important part of China’s education system, also bear the heavy responsibility of training high-quality personnel. Vocational colleges have exported a large number of outstanding talents to the country and are the bases for the training of outstanding national talents. However, today’s secondary vocational education prefers to learn vocational skills, neglecting moral education and triggering a series of social problems. Therefore, to strengthen moral education in secondary vocational schools and train students’ good professional quality and accomplishment is an urgent matter.
