针对油田EPC项目绩效这个问题,本文提出采用KPI关键指标、职能管理指标、优势指标这三大类指标所构建的综合评价模型,采用模糊综合评价方法对油田EPC项目进行综合评价。
In order to solve the problem of oilfield EPC project performance, this paper proposes an integrated evaluation model constructed using three key indicators: KPI key indicators, functional management indicators, and superior indicators. Comprehensive evaluation of oilfield EPC projects is performed using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
