利用交易成本经济学理论结合实地调研获得的案例,分析了加工型企业与农户的交易属性,指出目前大量存在的以合同为纽带的加工型企业联结农户的方式是一种混合结构。这种结构与交易属性是相匹配的,是一种有效的治理结构。混合结构需要不断面对稳定性问题,治理的关键是减少交易者的机会主义行为。加工企业对农户承诺保护价,投入资金,构建技术服务网络、管理网络,实行二次返利等都是对混合结构的治理。成功的治理使得公司与农户形成长期稳定的合作关系,加工企业获得了最大利润,农户也取得了最佳收益。
Using the transaction cost economics theory combined with the case studies obtained from the field research, this paper analyzes the transaction attributes between processing enterprises and farmers and points out that there is a large number of existing contract-based processing enterprises linking farmers with each other. This structure and transaction attributes are matched, is an effective governance structure. Hybrid structures need to constantly face the problem of stability, the key to governance is to reduce traders opportunistic behavior. Processing enterprises commitment to farmers price protection, investment, construction of technical service network, management network, the implementation of the second rebate are all on the hybrid structure of governance. Successful governance has enabled the company to form long-term and stable cooperative relations with farmers, processing enterprises have gained the maximum profits, and farmers have also made the best returns.
