At the same time, architecture needs to meet people’s dual needs of aesthetic and practicality. Today’s architects must consider aesthetics, technology, economy, environment and social factors when designing. Once architects have taken on important local architectural projects, they become drivers of cultural transmission. Paris should be grateful to the red building built by the famous Chinese collector and antiquity merchant Mr. Lu Qinzhai in the city in 1926. After the acquisition of a French mansion in Paris’s eight districts, Mr. Lu Cezhai realized it necessary to build a Chinese-style building to display Chinese collections and promote Chinese culture. Until today, Parisians can dream China through the Red House of the Old Purcell Street without leaving their own city.
