目的比较Magfig磁性附着体和Dalbo根上附着体在覆盖义齿中对牙周组织的影响。方法将24例覆盖义齿患者分3组,磁性附着体组8例、Dolbo根上附着体组8例,对照组8例。分别于戴入义齿即刻(基线)、戴入后3个月、6个月、12个月测量基牙龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平的变化。结果 3组患者义齿戴入后各期ALP同基线比差异均有统计学意义;对照组及磁性附着体组不同时间点差异无统计学意义,而Dal-bo组ALP有随时间增加而增多的趋势。结论附着体覆盖义齿对牙周组织有不同程度的影响。
Objective To compare the effects of Magfig magnetic attachment and Dalbo root attachment on periodontal tissue in overdenture. Methods 24 cases of overdenture patients were divided into 3 groups, 8 cases of magnetic attachment group, 8 cases of Dolbo root attachment group and 8 cases of control group. The change of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level in gingival crevicular fluid of the abutment was measured immediately (baseline) and 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after wear. Results There was significant difference in ALP and baseline between the three groups after denture wear, but there was no significant difference between control group and magnetic attachment group at different time points, while the ALP in Dal-bo group increased with time trend. Conclusion The attachment overdenture has different effects on periodontal tissue.
