目的:探讨如何利用图像分析仪定量测量血管表面神经纤维密度。方法:对相同视野中的神经纤维分别采用灰度法和交点计数法进行测量,然后分析二者之间的函数关系,并进行统计学分析。结果:建立了测量血管表面神经纤维密度的灰度法和交点计数法之间的对数关系进行验证。结论:在图像分析仪上可以利用灰度法测量进行神经纤维密度的定量分析
Objective: To explore how to use the image analyzer to quantitatively measure the nerve fiber density on the vascular surface. Methods: The nerve fibers in the same field of vision were measured by gray scale method and intersection counting method respectively. Then the functional relationship between them was analyzed and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: A logarithmic relationship between the gray-scale method of measuring the density of nerve fibers on the surface of blood vessels and the cross-point counting method was established. Conclusions: Quantitative analysis of nerve fiber density can be performed using a gray-scale method on an image analyzer
