目的:调查了解某部新兵人格特征及心理健康水平。方法:随机抽取某部新兵916例,采用卡特尔16种个性因素量表(16PF)进行普测,筛选出需复测新兵;采用明尼苏达多项人格量表(MMPI)复测,筛选出需心理访谈新兵;通过心理访谈确定重点关注对象或建议退兵人员。结果:16PF普测时,新兵在聪慧性、乐群性、稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、世故性、自律性、内向与外向型、感情用事与安详机警型、心理健康、专业成就等因子分值,均显著高于中国男性军人常模(P<0.05);敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性、紧张性、适应与焦虑型、怯懦与果断型、创造能力等因子分值,均显著低于中国男性军人常模(P<0.05)。根据心理健康、新环境成长能力等因子分值综合判断,确定复测新兵162例。MMPI复测时,新兵疑病、神经衰弱、精神病态、妄想症、精神分裂、轻狂躁等因子分值显著高于中国男性常模(P<0.05),综合精神病态、妄想、精神分裂3个因子分值,确定需访谈新兵77例。通过专家访谈,需重点关注15例,建议退兵3例。结论:某部新兵整体心理素质较高,但个别新兵心理健康水平较低、适应能力较差,需重点关注。
Aims: To investigate and understand the personality traits and mental health of some recruits. Methods: A total of 916 recruits were recruited randomly. Sixteen cartilage factors (16PF) were used for general screening. Screening for recruits to be retested was conducted. Retesting of Minnesota Multiple Personality Inventory (MMPI) Interview recruits; through psychological interviews to determine the focus of attention or recommend retreat staff. Results: 16PF general survey, the recruits in the intelligence, music group, stability, constant, aggressive, sophisticated, self-directed, introverted and extroverted, emotional and sedate police, mental health, professional achievement and other factors (P <0.05); Sensitivity, suspicion, fantasy, anxiety, experimentality, independence, tension, adaptation and anxiety type, timidity and decisiveness, creation Ability and other factor scores were significantly lower than the norm in Chinese male soldiers (P <0.05). According to mental health, new environmental growth and other factors score comprehensive judgment, determine retest recruits 162 cases. In the MMPI retesting, the scores of new recruits suspected disease, neurasthenia, psychosis, delusional disorder, schizophrenia and frivolous mania were significantly higher than those in Chinese male norm (P <0.05) Factor score, determine the need to interview recruit 77 cases. Through expert interviews, it is necessary to focus on 15 cases and recommend withdrawing troops in 3 cases. Conclusion: The overall psychological quality of some recruits is higher, but the mental health of some recruits is lower and the adaptability is poor, which needs attention.
