《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》明确提出,“职业教育和成人教育要使学生在掌握必需的文化知识的同时,具有熟练的职业技能和适应职业变化的能力。”这为职业教育的课程改革指明了方向,只有实施职高校本教材开发,才能适应劳动力市场的变化。虽然现今有职高英语规划教材,但只是一种普遍引导性的教材,具体到各地区、各行业、各学校缺乏灵活性、针对性和实用性,因此职高英语校本教材开发迫在眉睫。

Only by implementing the development of teaching materials in vocational colleges can we adapt to the changes in the labor market. Although there are vocational English teaching materials nowadays, it is only a general guide textbook. Due to the lack of flexibility, pertinence and practicability in all regions, industries and schools, the development of vocational school textbooks is imperative.
