新课程理念下的物理高考命题已从原来的知识立意转向能力立意。物理科《考试说明》明确指出考生应具有理解能力、推理能力、分析综合能力、应用数学处理物理问题的能力与实验能力。如2013年武汉市高中毕业生调研测试理综第25题(物理必考部分压轴题)是一道关于带电粒子在有界磁场中的运动问题,此题虽然只涉及带电粒子在匀强磁场中做匀速圆周运动与在场区外做匀速直线运动问题,但此题的能力立意很高,全面考查了《考试说明》中的前四种能力,为高校选拔人才起到了很好的作用。
