目的:了解温岭市儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染状况,检测血清MP抗体的阳性率。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法对3 012例患儿的血清进行MP IgM、IgG抗体检测。结果:患儿MP IgM抗体的阳性率为20.2%(608/3 012),IgG抗体的阳性率为20.6%(619/3 012),MP IgM和IgG抗体均为阳性的阳性率为13.5%(408/3 012)。<1岁、1~3岁、3~6岁和>6岁年龄组MP IgM抗体阳性率分别为14.4%、22.3%、23.7%和20.9;MP IgG抗体阳性率分别为14.8%、23.5%、21.4%和23.9%;两者同时阳性的阳性率分别为10.3%、16.9%、12.8%和14.6%。结论:MP感染已成为温岭市儿童肺部感染的主要病原体之一,应引起高度重视,做好秋、冬季节的预防工作。
Objective: To understand the infection status of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in children in Wenling and to detect the positive rate of serum MP antibody. Methods: Serum samples from 3 012 children were tested for IgM and IgM by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The positive rate of MP IgM antibody was 20.2% (608/3 012), the positive rate of IgG antibody was 20.6% (619/3 012), the positive rate of MP IgM and IgG antibody was 13.5% 408/3 012). The positive rates of MP IgM antibodies were 14.4%, 22.3%, 23.7% and 20.9 respectively at the age of 1 year, 1 to 3 years, 3 to 6 years and 6 years old. The positive rates of MP IgG antibodies were 14.8%, 23.5% 21.4% and 23.9% respectively; the positive rates of both were 10.3%, 16.9%, 12.8% and 14.6% respectively. Conclusion: MP infection has become one of the major pathogens of pulmonary infection in children in Wenling City. It should be given high priority to prevent the fall and winter seasons.
