一个专门研讨地球上寒冷地区的开发技术及其未来发展的国际会议——国际寒冷地区经济技术开发学术讨论会,由我国黑龙江省、日本北海道和加拿大阿尔伯塔省共同主办,于今年8月9日至13日在哈尔滨召开。来自日本、加拿大、美国、苏联、芬兰、瑞典、波兰、民主德国、南斯拉大、澳大利亚和中国等11国的240位代表出席了会议。会议由哈尔滨建筑工程学院前院长陈雨波教授担任主席。会议根据专业分为8个小组:开发政策与城市环境、建筑节能、冻土与基础、建筑及施工、道路桥梁、水利气象、农林、机电。由各国学者轮流主持小组会。在全体会和各小组会上,各国专家学者分别宣读了169篇论文,其中国外论文58篇。
An international conference dedicated to the study of development technology and its future development in the cold regions of the earth - International Cold Region Economic and Technological Development Symposium, co-sponsored by China’s Heilongjiang Province, Hokkaido, Japan, and Alberta, Canada, on August 9 this year. It was held in Harbin from the 13th to the 13th. The 240 delegates from 11 countries including Japan, Canada, the United States, the Soviet Union, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Democratic Germany, Yugoslavia, Australia and China attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Professor Chen Yubo, former president of the Harbin Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture. The conference is divided into 8 groups according to their professionalism: development policy and urban environment, building energy conservation, frozen soil and foundation, construction and construction, roads and bridges, water meteorology, agriculture and forestry, and electromechanics. The scholars from various countries took turns hosting the group meeting. At the plenary session and the group meetings, experts and scholars from various countries read 169 papers, of which 58 were foreign papers.
