低影响开发是当前城市规划与景观设计领域一项前沿的理念与技术方法。中央、国务院与各部委在多次召开专门会议力促海绵城市建设,出台相应规范文件力保政策红利顺利落地。近年来,随着供给侧结构性改革发力,环境保护力度升级,旅游产业改造与建设的步伐也大大加快。本文以低影响开发理念为出发点,分析旅游项目业态,研究主流与前沿的低影响开发工程与技术手段,构建了适用旅游规划与项目建设的低影响开发技术指标体系。
Low-impact development is a cutting-edge concept and technical method in the field of urban planning and landscape design. The Central Government, State Council and ministries and commissions held special meetings on a number of occasions to urge the sponge city construction and issued corresponding normative documents to ensure the success of the policy dividend. In recent years, along with structural reforms on the supply side and the upgrading of environmental protection, the pace of tourism industry reform and construction has also accelerated substantially. Based on the idea of low impact development, this paper analyzes tourism project format, studies low-impact development engineering and technical means of mainstream and forefront, and constructs a low-impact development technical index system suitable for tourism planning and project construction.
