摘要：采用数据包络分析方法测度中国省际高技术产业的技术效率，并建立回归分析模型考察人力资本对高技术产业效率影响的时期差异。结果表明，人力资本对产业效率的影响存在门槛效应，随着我国人力资本水平提高，其对产业效率的促进作用逐渐变为显著，而外商直接投资所产生的逆向技术溢出效应正在减弱。 关键词：技术效率；时期差异；人力资本；FDI 中图分类号：F24 文献标识码：A 文章编号：16723198（20
